[Federation] Refactoring Yarn Router's Node Web Page.

The modified content is as follows:
1.Router's Node Web Page is more similar to RM's Node Web Page, showing Cluster Metrics, Cluster Nodes Metrics, Scheduler Metrics
2. The information of the cluster is displayed under the list
3. Display the relevant node information of the sub-cluster respectively, and display the information in the header
