'ant'-->PSML Database

I tried followed the instructions as listed here:
http://jakarta.apache.org/jetspeed/site/psml_db.html

I tried to run the command, 'ant' but it says:

'ant' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.

>From the command line in the build/torque directory, run the Torque build 
script by typing "ant".

Sorry about the docs, forgot to mention:
You need ant in your system path
