> [RFC 3195|https://www.rfc-editor.org/rfc/rfc3195] defines a reliable delivery format for syslog messages. The {{ListenTCP}} and {{ListenSyslog}} Processors do not work with this format because messages span multiple lines and both processors expect messages to be terminated by a single newline. A new processor could be created to support handling RFC 3195 messages.
