Servlet.jar

Where can I find the latest servlet.jar?

Somebody recomended that I should download the latest servlet.jar for the following error

Error: 500
Internal Servlet Error:

javax.servlet.ServletException: javax.servlet.ServletResponse: method flushBuffer()V not found

I am using JDK 1.2.2 and tomcat 3.2
