To create an udf according to the [official example|https://ci.apache.org/projects/flink/flink-docs-release-1.12/dev/table/functions/udfs.html#scalar-functions]，we will get the following error:

org.apache.flink.table.api.ValidationException: Could not register temporary system function. A function named 'HashFunction' does already exist.
