[jira] [Updated] (NETBEANS-3977) Apply code changes and Compile on Save not working

S. M. updated NETBEANS-3977:
----------------------------
    Affects Version/s: 12.2

> Apply code changes and Compile on Save not working
> --------------------------------------------------
>
> Key: NETBEANS-3977
> URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/NETBEANS-3977
> Project: NetBeans
> Issue Type: Bug
> Components: cnd - Debugger
> Affects Versions: 11.3, 12.2
> Reporter: Don
> Priority: Critical
>
> With IDE 11.3, while debugging and making minor code changes, the changes are not recognized, even though the "Compile on save" option of the project is selected and the "Apply code changes" option for the "Java Debugger" is selected. It doesn't even recognize that the line numbers are changed, indicating that comment lines are executable, and some executable lines are skipped over, after saving the changes. This may be similar to a couple of other issues, but they said the options were disabled. Not so in my case - the options can be toggled, but with no apparent effect.
