[jira] Created: (QPID-1954) Add AM3 features to the ruby console

Add AM3 features to the ruby console
------------------------------------

                 Key: QPID-1954
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/QPID-1954
             Project: Qpid
          Issue Type: Improvement
            Reporter: Bryan Kearney

Updated Ruby Console to work with Java Agent. This included:
- Adding support for objects (type 20)
- Modifying lists, arrays, and maps to pass the type information using qmf types
- Altering how the codec does binary 128 encoding so that it null pads instead of space pads
- Reworked how classkeys are used int the code. The class itself does all the marshalling now.
