Roadmap moved

Hi all,

we've moved our roadmap to teambox[1] That makes it possible for anybody
to comment on tasks and see in much more detail where we are at.

We've tentatively scheduled the next release of Deltacloud, 0.3.0, for
mid-March. There are still a couple of things that we might add to that
release; in all likelihood, what's on the task list for 0.3.0 right now
will also go into the release.
