Sounds good, I don't like keeping things open indefinitely as souvenir
JIRAs if they're out-of-scope/obsolete, etc. If you think 10 should be
closed but people quibble on 2 or 3, they can reopen them, you still get
7-8 closed that way!

I like to see some cleanup in old issues.
There are a lot more of them. We have had discussions on those before.
I favor that we clean up the enormous list of over 150 unassigned, old and
never-to-be-solved issues, they just clutter op the list, and are
discouraging.
After all, closed issues are still visible and can be re-opened.
