dual commits on www/

The only means we have (at this moment) of updating information on our
web site is to keep a *cvs* working copy lying around, and to commit
changes from the www/ subdirectory.  (On the Tigris server, this
causes an update of the live site.)

However, we don't want the CVS tree to skew from our SVN tree.  Thus
-- for the time being, please apply your www/ diff to *both* systems
and commit from each.  Add this to our list of temporary annoyances.
