[jira] [Updated] (SUREFIRE-1929) forkedProcessTimeoutInSeconds is controlled by the plugin process and the sub-process ends gracefully. The forked process should be able to timeout itself if the MasterProcessChannelProcessorFactory.connect() fails or hangs.
