[jira] Commented: (SCM-2) Create POJO facade

The following comment has been added to this issue:

       Body:
I suggest we call this POJO facade:

  org.apache.maven.scm.MavenScm

I feel that this is a natural access point for usage of the "maven-scm" library. I would thing that the interface would be pretty equal to the ScmManager interface.

I don't know of we have a strategy for making POJO facades for plexus components but should there be a initialize() method that has to be called before any of the other methods is used or should the facade initialize plexus in it's constructor?

What do you guys think?
