flume failed to restart

Hi All,
 Getting the following exception.

java.lang.IllegalStateException: Queue add failed, this shouldn't be able
to happen. A portion of the transaction has been added to the queue but the
remaining portion cannot be added. Those messages will be consumed despite
this transaction failing. Please report.


After this, I tried to restart flume, but every time failing with the above
exception. Please provide hints on recovering flume.
