I downloaded the attached file and do not appear to have any problems with the
text display. I am running Open Office 4.1.2 Build:9782 on a Windows 10 OS.

Steps taken to attempt to recreate were:
- Downloaded the attached file
- Deleted entirety of red colored text with no noticeable effect on the rest of
the text
- Deleted select portions (sentences and sentence fragments from various
paragraphs) of the red colored text with no noticeable effect on the rest of
the test
- Deleted select portions of the black text to look for potential text shift to
no avail.

@Bastendorf can you please describe what you were doing before these issues
appear: Just entering text, using a specific tool, etc?
