Description: File like WatchManager.java and WatchesPathReport.java exist in both org/apache/zookeeper/server and org/apache/zookeeper/server/watch folder, org/apache/zookeeper/server/watch is the right one, looks like we introduced the other one by mistake in ZOOKEEPER-3032.
