[C2] Invisible error syndrome.

Hi all,

I've been having a problem with C2 for a while now where if
there's an error in the stylesheet, no error page is produced,
and the client just gets a totally empty document back.

Is anyone else seeing this? I *think* it might be a problem in
Xalan2 (Scott? any ideas?), but since nobody else seems to have
mentioned it, I'm wondering whether it's a meFU, rather than a
software problem. Any ideas?
