JetspeedLocalization_el.properties for v1.4

Hello,

I would like to contribute the updated (1.4) greek localization file. 

In addition, I would like to mention that in release (1.4) en localization
file there is no "CUSTOMIZER_FILTER_MSG". I have add one.
