Well, it looks like this has more to say about the state of the
'project.xmls' ;-).  I had thought that 'yoavs' was a PMC member, simply
because I believed that we had already cleaned up the list of RMs (yoavs is
the current RM for [daemon]).

Also, 'costin' should clearly be included for [modeler] (wether he likes it
or not :).
