* A move from Reviewable to Accepted incorrectly prompts for Target Version.  (Should be silent.)
* A move from In Progress to Reviewable prompts for... assignee?  Weird.  (Should be silent.)
* In Progress to Accepted is either now missing, or was never there.  This would be nice.
