Re: [doc] improving porting matrix for Hamony

Hi,
i finally focused on the Supported Platforms page, and created a draft
version [1]. the page consists of a table similar to old Roadmap table +
list of specific windows/linux OSes copied from the Wiki page [2] created by
Alexey Varlamov a while ago.
The info may be inaccurate or incomplete. Please respond to this mail or
edit the site directly to update. Is there anything else you wanted to add
to the topic?

Ah yes, this should be trivial to fix. Could you please log a JIRA -
there seems no related issue?

Vista has been attempted and failed -

In fact that page was collected by Sveta Konovalova, I just cleaned it up a bit.

I guess we need to put more details to the table, for clear
explanation of the actual status - e.g. very basic support of IPF,
just interpreter (?) for FreeBSD/x86, and no VME at all for PPC or
zSeries etc. BTW I guess nobody really tried how Harmony feels on
Vista.
This should hint interested parties which platforms are "almost there"
so attract more volunteers, but should not raise groundless hopes and
expectations for others.

Also, I recall there was a hot debate on "supported platform" term
definition - would be nice to extract a paragraph on this topic too.
