When a feature model based application makes use of environment variables for configuration, for instance using the [Felix ConfigAdmin interpolation plugin|https://github.com/apache/felix-dev/tree/master/configadmin-plugins/interpolation], it is useful to be able to configure environment variables per launch.

Without this feature all env vars would be inherited from the launching process.
