BSoD Attemping to Terminate Apache with ZoneAlarm Installed

I'm currently running ZoneAlarm 3.7.098 and Apache 2.0.44 as a service and so
far I have been able to start and stop Apache quickly and without problems
several times.
I submit this as anecdotal evidence that the bug does not appear in with the
latest versions of ZoneAlarm and Apache 2.
