Review comment:
       Concurrent insert may use same taskAttemptID. Can you use a UUID as taskAttemptID or check how ORC writer is doing?

Review comment:
       better to throw unsupported error for `getSystemMemoryUsage` and `getValidationCpuNanos`, instead of sending 0 which results in wrong metrics?
