   ### Summary
   
   Adds the first dedicated unit test suite for `RmqMetricSnapshot`, the persisted metric snapshot row behind `rmq_metric_snapshot`.
   
   ### Changes
   
   - `server/src/test/java/org/apache/rocketmq/studio/persistence/entity/RmqMetricSnapshotTest.java`
     - `freshEntityCarriesNullFields`: untouched row defaults to nulls.
     - `settersRoundTripEveryField`: metric key, label hash/JSON, value and availability round-trip.
   
   ### Testing
   
   - `mvn -B test -Dtest=RmqMetricSnapshotTest` passes (2 tests, all green).
