Automation Tool for IBM WebSphere Application Server.

Dear AntUsers,
   
Sorry to send a promotion email but we wanted to share the ANT tool that 
we have developed to automate the deployment of applications in IBM 
WebSphere Application Server environment.

CMWare has released a tool SlickDeploy to automate the deployment of the 
applications on IBM WebSphere Application Server. This tool is delivered 
as 2 ANT tasks.
Download free evaluation version  from www.cmware.co.uk.  We are looking 
at option to release a free version of this tool in near future. Please 
send any feedback to jatin@cmware.co.uk.
 
Key features of this tool are
# Configuration information in XML format.
# Option of connecting to target WebSphere Application Server using RMI or 
SOAP protocol.
# Uninstall the application.
# Stop and Start the Server, Cluster and Application.
# Optional check if datasource, JMS etc. resources exists.

        / Install the application with option to configure following 
application configurations. /

# Application Name.
# Modules to Server/Cluster mapping.
# Web Modules to Webserver mapping.
# EJB JNDI names.
# EJB, Resources references and Resource Environment mapping for EJBs, Web 
Modules and MDBs.
# Web Module to Virtual host mapping.
# Default Datasource mapping for CMP EJB module.
# Datasource mapping for CMP EJBs.
# Generate deployed code for EJBs.
# Multi Ear Deploy.
# Mapping Security Roles and Groups.
# Mapping Security Roles to Special Groups.
# Configure the Classloader setting.
# Configure Shared Lib for the application
# Configure the JSP pre-Compilation option.
