[jira] Created: (MYFACES-1082) Can't get focus to work

Can't get focus to work
-----------------------

         Key: MYFACES-1082
         URL: http://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/MYFACES-1082
     Project: MyFaces
        Type: Task
  Components: Tomahawk
    Reporter: Debra Bassan

I include <t:focus id="focus" for="text8" /> (where text8 is my field name that I want to put focus on) in my .jsp. I also includeed tomahawk.jar under WEB-INF/lib and updated my TLD to include the new focus tag. According to the page describing focus , the tag class should be under org.apache.myfaces.custom.focus.HtmlFocusTag. I expand the .jar, both tomahawk and sandbox and I see no sign of focus. CAn you tell me how to do this?

Martin Marinschek commented on MYFACES-1082:
--------------------------------------------

You'll need a nightly build of MyFaces. In 1.1.1, the focus component is not included.

regards,

Martin
