Kohei Nozaki reopened ROL-2071:

I just confirmed this problem is remained as I see messages appeared in English, but the pop-up appeared Japanese with a browser which prefer English over Japanese in {{Accept-Language}}.

And my {{ROL-2071.patch}} seems fix this but still I'm not sure if it would be proper solution here. It would be appreciated if anyone who familiar with Struts2 give me any comments/feedbacks about {{ROL-2071.patch}}...
