mention the logical relation of multiple "Require" statements

Summary: mention the logical relation of multiple "Require"
                    statements
           Product: Apache httpd-2.0
           Version: 2.0.32
          Platform: Other
               URL: http://httpd.apache.org/docs-2.0/mod/core.html#require
        OS/Version: Other
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Enhancement
          Priority: Other
         Component: Documentation
        AssignedTo: bugs@httpd.apache.org
        ReportedBy: hauser@acm.org

May sound obvious, but mention that
"Require group admin"
can be valid simultaneously with
"Require user JohnDoe"
with OR logic.

Perhaps just extending the example with also a "Require user" statement does it.
