[~vrushalic], [~rohithsharma], [~varun_saxena], can you kindly review? This changes the behavior of schema creator, so we should probably do it sooner rather than later.

> Right now there is no help information for timeline schema creator. We may probably want to provide an option to print help. Also, ideally, if users passed in no argument, we may want to print out help, instead of directly create the tables. This will simplify cluster operations and timeline v2 deployments.
