[configuration] Please Update Site with New docs

Hi all,

Not sure who does this, and I'm not sure if I have the permissions, but
could some update the Configuration site?  There have been quite a
few changes to docs and I am going to call for a vote to promote
Configuration out of sandbox, so I'd like to get the latest and greatest
site docs up.

[configuration] digester related issues on the todo list

henning recently posted a couple of high priority issues regarding 
digester in the todo list. (i was looking around after eric posted his 
request for an update to the website.) if i understood the problem a 
little better i might be able to point people in the direction of possible 
solutions.
