   The recent chart version 1.3.0 changed experimental to standard,
   ref: https://github.com/apache/apisix-helm-chart/blob/d166ba101f9bdb7e08bc902ff757647421bbd57f/charts/apisix-ingress-controller/crds/gwapi-crds.yaml#L7 
   You can use  the recent chart version and let us know if that resolves it.
