[I] feat(mcp): connect Desktop and TUI forms and verify end-to-end continuation [maka]

me2seeks opened a new issue, #5066:
URL: https://github.com/apache/maka/issues/5066

   ## Scope

Complete #4364 provider composition and real-server acceptance after #5065. Runtime form ownership and Desktop/TUI form rendering already landed in #4379/#4384/#4392/#4397.

   - TUI MCP provider forwards the admitted Client Capability requestInteraction callback into McpClientManager.
   - Desktop native provider injects requestUserForm into the tool implementation context so buildMcpTools reaches the same manager handler.
   - Exercise a real modern-only server through both production provider paths and Host form request/answer flow; collect typed input and finish the original logical tool call.
   - Verify explicit decline/cancel vs global Stop, provider/MCP disconnect cleanup, and no answer delivery to a replacement invocation/connection. Confirm human wait does not consume execution timeout.
   - Reuse existing surface regression tests and record separately whether actual Desktop visual/TUI terminal smoke was performed.

   ## Delivery

Stack the implementation PR on the #5065 adapter PR, with a parent-branch base for an incremental diff. Keep #4364 open until its full acceptance checklist is satisfied. No new surface-owned or MCP-specific durable interaction store.

Implementation branch updated to current main and pushed as PR #5068 head `163a897f8df1e139f9b51a872889878e8fdddf1e`. The rebased production diff supplies the missing Desktop/TUI `requestInteraction` composition confirmed by the Windows report. Local verification passed: full build/typecheck/lint/format, ASF headers, diff check, and 54 focused real-server/provider/Host/lifecycle tests. Exact-head CI is running at https://github.com/apache/maka/actions/runs/34370888036. Windows Desktop UI smoke remains the final environment-specific acceptance step.

Windows `npm run dev` reproduction confirms this assigned sub-issue remains the missing production step after #5067 merged. Current `origin/main` at `8c02f3d32` contains the MCP `input_required` adapter but does not contain either provider composition change from #5068: Desktop native execution omits `requestUserForm: options.requestInteraction`, and the CLI provider calls `manager.callTool` without `requestInteraction`. Therefore a modern-only `ask_user` call reaches the server without `elicitation.form` and fails closed, while `add`/`echo` continue to work. `Client Capability provider is unavailable` remains a separate provider-liveness failure.

The implementation already exists in PR #5068 and this issue is already assigned to me, so no duplicate child issue is needed. I am rebasing #5068 onto current main and will re-run its real-server Host integration and CI. Actual Windows Desktop UI smoke remains required after the branch is updated.
