By using {{install}} target instead of {{package}} in the Ignite build, I can deliver the correct artifacts locally and make Zeppelin to use them.

> At the moment Zeppelin do-component-build only specifies versions of Spark and Hadoop. Ignite (and hive and others) are built against some arbitrary constant versions. We do have all the component versions available for everybuild, so the ones in the stack should be used.
