During new customer registration, there is no validation check for "Allow Address Solicitation", the default value of which is "--", this leads to the below error getting displayed on the page.
The Following Errors Occurred:

Thanks for report Abdullah,
Fixed in trunk at r829316.
Finally when I tried to backport I found that this was changed from
<option></option>
to
<option>--</option>
at r806206
So previous versions are OK.
I think it's not really wanted so I changed it back to
<option></option>
at r829320

Actually the source o fchange is not r806206 but is hard to find, anyway who cares ;)
