[API] Deploy OpenOffice 4.0 jars to apache repository?

Hi,
     what's required to get the 4.0 API jars deployed to 
repository.apache.org?
The last version to be deployed appears to be 3.2.1, to the central 
repository: http://search.maven.org/#search|ga|1|g%3A%22org.openoffice%22
