At this time SqlTestUtils#generateValueByType is used in *TypeCoercionTest test, this function is not take into account precision\scale for DECIMAL types and returns:

            case DECIMAL:
                return BigDecimal.valueOf(base + ((double) base / 1000)).add(BigDecimal.valueOf(Long.MAX_VALUE));

Seems we need to fix it, for more accurate tests approach.
