This appears to be a regression introduced in Flink 1.2.0 rc2. I've been using 1.2.0 rc0 without this issue being present.

The link from the Job Manager to download logs for a specific Task Manager instance does not include the ID of the Task Manager. The following screenshot shows the link:

The following exception appears in the Job Manager logs after trying to retrieve the logs for a Task Manager (without the ID of the Task Manager given):
