LeaderSelector gets in an inconsistent state when releasing resources.

Hi Curator experts!

I'm using the leader election recipe that works well except it outputs some errors when resources like CuratorFramework and LeaderSelector instances are being released.
I’ve created a ticket [1] describing my case in detail. 

Am I doing something wrong? How can I avoid this issue?
Curator version is 4.0.1
