[jira] [Commented] (YARN-3304) ResourceCalculatorProcessTree#getCpuUsagePercent default return value is inconsistent with other getters

Junping Du commented on YARN-3304:
----------------------------------

Agree that negative value sounds very odd. However, if we are really failed to get cpu usage info, does value of 0 confuse user that metrics works fine and the cpu usage is very low here?

> Per discussions in YARN-3296, getCpuUsagePercent() will return -1 for unavailable case while other resource metrics are return 0 in the same case which sounds inconsistent.
