Need to have this configurable in several dimensions.
Per resource: request, headers, body
Within that...
request: XML tags, JSON names, form param names
body: based on mime type
header: specific headers
This is important for performance reason as url rewriting is fairly expensive as the entier stream is scanned and parsed.
