REMINDER: December WS Board Report is due!!

Hi WS developers and leads:

As the jingling bells and falling snow remind us (at least here in New 
England), 2007 is coming to a close.  This means many things, including 
not only the coming together of families and friends to celebrate joyous 
occasions, but also the need to submit another WS PMC report to the 
Apache board. :)

If you would, please fill in any particularly notable events in your 
project, or general notes about the PMC, on the wiki page at 
http://wiki.apache.org/ws/ReportForDec2007.

Your prompt attention to this matter is GREATLY appreciated.
