[BSF] secondary version of taglibs ?

BSF taglibs is in the attic [0], with SVN here [1]

However, there's a taglibs folder [2] under BSF which appears to be a
later version of BSF taglibs.

I assume this is also retired?

If so, maybe the folder should be moved elsewhere in SVN?
