blank lines in site files

Hi

Why does maven site generate an index.html with 63 blank lines at the
begining? Seems wasteful, and makes it hard to see what the html generator
is doing.

pom:deploy vs deploy:pom

Hi

Small thing, but maven does
site:deploy
jar:deploy
dist:deploy
 but then does
deploy:pom?

Maybe the deploy:pom should be moved within the pom goal and renamed
pom:deploy?
