I'm adding to the conversation two other Danish volunteers who contacted 
us in the last 7 days. Welcome, all of you!

Pernille contacted us last week; see 
http://markmail.org/message/silpzuzysrz2qjzd for her (interesting) 
introduction and for an initial translation she contributed (notice on 
the home page). We are now going for the bigger aim of translating the 
site completely and not only the notice. If you want to contribute a 
short notice in Danish saying "We are now working at a new version of 
the Danish site: contact us at l10n@apache.openoffice.org if you can 
help", we can put it at https://www.openoffice.org/da/

Hanne contributed a translation for one of the files in the archive, the 
one named msg_prop_l10n_da.js ; I put her translation directly online 
since it's the easiest way to share it. You can review it on both the 
"stable" Danish site https://www.openoffice.org/da/download/index.html 
and in the test site 
https://www.openoffice.org/da-test/download/index.html ; if you have 
anything to fix, you can do so by modifying this file (you have an older 
copy in the ZIP file): 
https://www.openoffice.org/da-test/download/msg_prop_l10n_da.js

A few suggestions:

1) Please make sure that all of you subscribe to this mailing list: send 
an empty e-mail message to l10n-subscribe@openoffice.apache.org and 
respond to the confirmation request you will receive.

2) Coordinate between the four of you; you should already have 
everything, but ask here if you miss any materials.

3) Write to the list if you have any doubts, thanks for your initial 
contributions and I really hope we can have the Danish site completely 
renewed soon.
