   The SequenceMask, SequenceLast operators directly use `static_cast<int>` to convert the DType indices to int https://github.com/apache/incubator-mxnet/blob/master/src/operator/sequence_mask-inl.h#L93 . This may cause problems when the indices are something like `1.999999999`. We could consider to revise this.
