   Yes, that can be useful. But we see need of bundle-range api in multiple cases
   1. we know specific topic having high traffic and we want to know bundle of that topic so, we can split. right now, we don't have any direct tool to find out bundle-range for the topic.
   2. as explained above, sometime we have list of topics with high traffic, so, we want to get list of bundles and based on analysis we want to unload specific bundle.
