   **Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
    Sometimes, garbage data will accumulate and take up a lot of space, users who want to clean up trash can only delete files by themselves.
   
   **Describe the solution you'd like**
   Add a sql statement for cleaning the trash actively.
   format:
   `clean trash;`
   `clean trash on ("BackendHost1:BackendHeartBeatPort1", "BackendHost2:BackendHeartBeatPort2", ...);`
