Java2WSDL does not work in some cases

1. when namespace (target name space) has dash such as urn:my-service, 
java2wsdl simply print out usage instead of generate the WSDL

2. SoapAction is blank, the produced soapAction="" instead of the urn.

3. It does not work with EJB Object
