Logging in Kernel loaded comps.

The MX4JSystemManager extends AbstractLogEnabled.   Unfortunately, I 
can't see any messages sent to that logger in any log files.

I've also contacted the MX4J mail list to make a few suggestions about 
static and logging.  I am not sure how it will be received.
