The javascript popup calendar has an option to not show the week number but its not exposed in the JSP tag-lib or render. Add an attribute that will wite initData.showWeekNumber setting in the generated javascript:

inspectionReport_3AinspectionDateCalendarVar.initData.showWeekNumber = 0;
